Posture and position.
Meditation is consciousness, not stillness. Put open focus in
motion practicing zen walking. After you become a little
proficient in still meditation, start to practice meditation in
motion. Here we describe the zen walking technique that you can
learn and practice by yourself.
Zen Walking.
After learning still meditation and zen walking you can start
learning tai chi. Tai chi chuan is meditation in motion, but is
also a martial art with application for self defense and
medicine, as the different postures in the tai chi form have
different uses in physical natural medicine. This are the 3 m of
taichi. Meditation, martial art and medicine.
Tai chi chuan.
Staying healthy is the aim of natural medicine. A set of
daily exercises to keep good health that you should practice
daily. This exercises are based on ancient taoist techniques.
Introduce them in your daily routines and experience a better
